Every match that matters to Malaysian fans has a market here.
No player draws more attention from 88skor users than Lee Zii Jia. The 26-year-old Kedah native has established himself as one of the finest badminton players in the world, and every one of his matches is a major event on our platform. Odds for Lee Zii Jia are updated in real time based on current form, player fitness and head-to-head records against his opponents.
What makes it even more interesting is that betting on Lee Zii Jia's matches goes well beyond picking a winner. At 88skor, you can bet on a wide range of markets — total sets played, exact set scores, or whether a match will reach a deciding third set. This gives you far more ways to put your in-depth knowledge of your favourite player to good use.
After claiming bronze at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, this Malaysian men's doubles pair has become a household name not just in Malaysia but across the global badminton scene. On 88skor, matches featuring Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik consistently draw strong interest from Malaysian players eager to back their favourite duo.
Doubles betting markets differ from singles because partnership dynamics play a major role. The pair's shared record, playing styles, and compatibility are all factors worth considering when placing your bets. 88skor provides detailed statistics to help you make more informed decisions.

Many assume badminton betting is simply about picking a favourite and hoping for the best. Experienced bettors at 88skor know better — there are plenty of factors that can sharpen your decision-making and improve your chances.
First, look at the head-to-head record between the two players. In badminton, some players hold a psychological edge over certain opponents regardless of what the world rankings suggest. Lee Zii Jia, for instance, has proven time and again that he can beat higher-ranked players when he is at his best.
Second, check on each player's current condition heading into the match. Minor injuries, fatigue from a gruelling early-round run, or indoor court conditions can all affect performance. 88skor provides up-to-date news on player status ahead of every major match.
Third, make smart use of 88skor's live betting feature. Odds can shift dramatically after the first set — especially when the result is a surprise. Players who follow the match live and read the momentum well are best placed to capitalise on these swings.
Badminton betting markets at 88skor go far beyond simply picking a winner. Here are some popular markets worth exploring:
Match Winner: The most straightforward market — simply pick who you think will win the overall match. Perfect for beginners just starting their betting journey on 88skor.
Set Handicap: This market gives the weaker player a handicap to balance the odds. For example, if Player A is given +1.5 sets, a 1-2 set loss still counts as a winning bet, since 1+1.5=2.5 > 2.
Over/Under Sets: Predict whether the total number of sets played will go over or under a set line. For a three-set badminton match, you can choose over/under 2.5 sets.
Exact Score: The highest-odds market — predict the exact score for each set. It requires in-depth knowledge of both players' styles, but offers significantly greater winning potential.
Live betting is one of the biggest reasons players choose 88skor over other platforms. Imagine watching Lee Zii Jia take control of a match — you can jump in right away and place a bet while the odds are still competitive, before everyone else catches on.
88skor's live betting system updates every few seconds, ensuring the odds you see accurately reflect what's happening on court in real time. We also display live scores on the same screen, so you never have to switch between apps or tabs when placing your bets.
